Navigation Tips:

Vivenda has three sections: Sales, Inventory and Finance. These sections are available for users with the appropriate permissions and display specific views and make available actions that are applicable to those business areas. For example, New Contract is available from the Sales section, but Receive Deposits is available from the Finance section.

F11 Gives You More Space :

Did you know that if you hit the F11 key while in Vivenda the application will expand to take up all of your screen? This makes it easier to work and see all your information. To undo, just hit F11 again.

Prefered lender programs

Vivenda now includes the ability to manage prefered lender programs. With this new functionality you can configure lender programs, including type of loans available, duration and special promotions and generate custom price lists for customers that show the programs that are available from prefered lenders.

Credit Simulations

Vivenda now allows you to generate a customized credit simulation for a potential customer. You simply enter the unit for which to generate the simulation, the amount of the downpayment, the interest rate and the customer's name and Vivenda generates a printable report that estimates the cost of the loan. This report can be given to the customer to take with them.

Improved lookup lists

We have improved the way our lookup lists work so that they only display such items as can be acted upon. For example, when creating a New Contract, you only see units that are available, or when assigning a parking space, only spaces that are not yet assigned. This will speed up data input as you will no longer need to wait until validation occurs to find out you chose the wrong item.

Visual queues for mandatory fields

Although Vivenda has always ensured that all mandatory fields are filled out or selected, you only found about this once you had pressed submit. Now, we have added visual queues in the form of a vertical red bar to fields that are mandatory.
