A New Look for Vivenda
Vivenda is sporting a new look! We wanted to make Vivenda easier on the eyes, easier to navigate and more intuitive to use. Vivenda's new look is the result of some simple design changes: - a white border around sections, tabs and views to make the application's look cleaner and softer
- we put the action bar on its own horizontal space so that the view tabs don't crowd it out
- we also left aligned action buttons to make them more prominent and easier to find
- finally, we added hover behaviours to all the clickable items to make them standout and feel more dynamic.
We hope you like our new look and we will continue to work to improve Vivenda's appearance and ease of use.

More Powerfull Customer Follow-Up
Following up with customers is one of the most important tasks that Vivenda accomplishes. We listened to your needs and modified the Sales Follow-Up workflow to make it more flexible. We have changed its name to Customer Follow-Up to reflect its greater versatility. With it you can now, not only do sales related follow up, but any kind of follow-up with clients, for example respond to customer inquiries, complaints and suggestions, whether they are sales related or not. When you initiate a new contact with an existing customer you now can classify the reason for the contact: is it a question about billing? Or a question about unit delivery? Is it a complaint? We have also updated reports so that this new information can be used to query the database. This new feature will make Vivenda a more powerful tool for managing every interaction with your customers.
Never Double Book a Parking Slot!
Nothing irritates a customer more than realizing they don't have the parking spaces promised by their sales agent. Vivenda now incorporates a project-wide parking inventory that helps you avoid double booking parking slots. Each project has a single inventory of parking spaces. When a contract is negotiated, parking spaces are allocated to each unit by the sales person or contract administrator and withdrawn from inventory. They are only released if a sales is cancelled. This works in conjunction with contract amendments when customers pay for parking slots. After the contract parking amendment is created, you simply assign the parking space to the unit.
Milestone Driven Deposits
Scheduling deposits on high rise condo towers is relatively straight forward: a certain amount is due at signing, other amounts are due a fixed number of days after. This is not so simple in other kinds of developments. Sometimes deposits are conditional on certain construction milestones being reached. For example, final permits being received from the local jurisdiction or mass grading having been completed. Vivenda now supports milestone driven deposits. This functionality allows you to configure a project with a set of milestones and assign those milestones to specific scheduled deposits. Vivenda also has a milestone workflow so you can track progress on milestones. When milestones are reached, any scheduled deposits linked to these milestones automatically become due. If you would like a demonstration of this new functionality please shoot us an e-mail at support@vivendasoftware.com
